Mariner highlight
On Thursday night, one of the few highlights of this year, besides Ichiro breaking the career steals record for a Mariner and Niehaus being inducted into the Hall of Fame, happened. Raul Ibanez, a person who I have roundly criticized, hit a walk-off home run against the Tampa Bay Rays. Normally, I say who cares? This year, the Rays are for real.

What's going on in NY? Are they tearing down both Yankee Staduium and Shea Stadium at the end of this season?
Yes, Moshe, both Yankee and Shea are being replaced at the end of the season. There will be a new Yankee Stadium near the old one and a stadium called CitiField, near Shea. Citifield is named for Citibank.
