NL and how their style doesn't work

To me, the National League is comprised of a lot of northeastern cities whose teams almost never win and the city used to be larger before Americans moved west and south to the Sun Belt. The Reds, Pirates and Phillies fit this, Baltimore and Detroit fit this profile as well.

Why can't George or Larry Lucchino (of Boston) demand that the NL use the DH?

Well it's raining here in Chicago. Good thing that the All Star Game is in Pittsburgh and not here. Better to have it in Toronto where there's a roof.
